Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our IT solutions and digital marketing services.
2. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
4. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
