Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services
2. Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in MS-Excel for future reference
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and generate sales opportunities
5. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
6. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets set by the management
7. Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate key features and benefits to clients
