Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to influencers via phone to explain services and opportunities
2. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand influencer requirements and interests
3. Develop and maintain rapport with influencers, addressing queries and concerns professionally
4. Act as a point of contact for influencer communication
5. Maintain an updated database of influencer contacts and track communication
6. Record feedback and share insights with the team to improve outreach strategies
7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
8. Research and identify potential influencers in various niches relevant to company objectives
9. Prepare and share daily/weekly call reports and progress updates with the team lead

Requirements:

1. Possess 1-2 years of experience in international/English telecalling
2. Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills in English
3. Demonstrate the ability to engage in persuasive and professional conversations
4. Show basic knowledge of influencer marketing or social media platforms (preferred)
5. Proficiently use CRM tools and maintain call records
6. Display a goal-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude
