Key responsibilities:

1. Convert inquiries into MQL/order through appropriate channel-phone/email/WhatsApp
2. Follow up to achieve business targets
3. Well accustomed to client-facing roles in domestic & international markets
4. Strong in tele-calling /cold calling & lead verification
5. Meet daily and weekly call quotas to ensure productivity and effectiveness
6. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads generated through call
