Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Outbound calls: Contact potential customers or clients to promote products/services, follow up on inquiries, or generate leads.
2. Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, resolve queries, and provide information regarding products, services, or billing.
3. Sales & promotion: Actively promote and sell company products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
4. Customer support: Address customer complaints, assist with issues, and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
5. Lead generation: Identify potential customers, gather contact details, and input them into the database for follow-ups.
6. Maintain call records: Accurately document the details of every call, including customer interactions, product/service inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
7. Achieve targets: Meet or exceed call and sales targets set by the company.
8. Customer feedback: Collect and report customer feedback for improving services and products.
9. Update database: Regularly update and maintain the customer database with accurate contact information and follow-up details.
10. Team collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments (sales, marketing, customer support) to achieve overall business goals.
