Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads
2. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from existing clients, providing them with necessary information and support
3. Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to ensure conversion
4. Maintain a detailed record of all calls and interactions in the CRM system
