Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel students on various programs offered by ICFAI University.
2. Provide guidance to students and parents about our courses.
3. Address and clarify the doubts of students and parents.
4. Handle inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling and timely follow-ups.
5. Contact leads, provide information about ICFAI University programs, and generate walk-ins.
6. Manage fee structure programs.
7. Generate references from students.
8. Follow up on inquiries and convert them into admissions.
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince.
10. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
