Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact clients via phone to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate payment terms.
2. Maintain detailed records of all calls, agreements, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
3. Provide clients with information on repayment plans, deadlines, and the consequences of non-payment.

Salary

Probation:
