Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to available properties and services offered by the company
2. Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation techniques
3. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and interactions
4. Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in properties or services to nurture leads and encourage further engagement
5. Address inquiries and concerns from clients regarding properties, pricing, financing options, and other related matters
6. Schedule appointments for property viewings, meetings with sales agents, or other relevant activities
7. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client profiles, and manage follow-up activities effectively
