Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads, introduce company products or services, and generate interest.
2. Inquiries and Information: Answer inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and provide detailed information about products or services.
3. Sales Support: Promote and sell products/services, achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
4. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing or potential customers to check on their requirements, answer questions, or provide additional product information.
5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in the CRM system.
6. Customer Service: Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to achieve departmental goals.
