We are seeking a motivated and communicative Telecaller to drive our outreach and onboarding efforts. As a Telecaller, you will engage with physiotherapists, explain our services, and assist them with the onboarding process on our website. This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage data efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct telephonic outreach to physiotherapists and introduce them to our platform.
2. Explain the benefits of our services and support new users through the onboarding process.
3. Maintain accurate and organized records of all calls, feedback, and onboarding progress in Excel sheets.
4. Prepare and present informative PowerPoint presentations as needed for team reviews or updates.
5. Cultivate positive relationships with potential users, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
6. Meet daily and monthly calls and onboarding targets.

Qualifications:
1. Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi.
2. Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.

4. Prior experience in telecalling or sales, especially in onboarding or customer service, is a plus.
5. Friendly, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality with a drive to achieve targets.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
