Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:
Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or offer assistance.
Handling Inbound Calls: Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding products or services.
Sales and Lead Generation: Engaging with prospects to generate leads, make sales, or upsell services.
Providing Customer Support: Assisting customers with issues such as product troubleshooting, account inquiries, or service problems.
Updating and Maintaining Customer Records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and details of each call in the database.
Achieving Targets and KPIs: Meeting call quotas, sales targets, or customer service metrics as set by the employer.
Handling Complaints: Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Follow-up Calls: Ensuring that unresolved issues are followed up on in a timely and efficient manner.
Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the products or services being offered to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
Maintaining Professionalism: Ensuring that calls are handled politely, professionally, and in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
