We require freshers and experienced candidates for the debt recovery process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contacting borrowers who have overdue loans and working with them to recover outstanding debts.
2. Negotiating payment plans, collecting overdue payments, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
1. Freshers and candidates with other industry experience can also apply.
2. Should be fluent in Hindi and Bengali.
3. Minimum qualification should be 10+2.
4. The candidate should be based in Kolkata.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
