Your excellent spoken English proficiency and proficiency in MS-Excel will be crucial in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
2. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
5. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
7. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers.
