As a Telecaller at Unacademy, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with Bengali-speaking customers and assist them in their educational journey. Your proficiency in Bengali and English will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our users. Your expertise in MS Excel will also come in handy as you manage and update customer data efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to Bengali-speaking customers to provide information about unacademy's products and services
2. Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues they may have
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel for future reference
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
6. Stay updated on unacademy's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
7. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction
