Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, including construction companies, contractors, developers, and architects, to promote Shubham Ready Mix Concrete's products and services.
2. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
3. Provide detailed information about our products, services, and pricing to customers.
4. Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information and call details.
5. Follow up with leads, ensuring continuous communication until a sales opportunity is created.
6. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues related to product availability, pricing, and delivery.
