Telecaller Job

As a Telecaller at Alphatech Automation, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, building strong relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Your proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati will be crucial in effectively communicating with a diverse range of clients. Utilizing your skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Office, you will ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to clients
3. Maintain and update client databases with accurate information
4. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
5. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales
6. Prepare reports on call activity and client feedback for management review
7. Provide language support in Hindi, English, and Gujarati as needed to assist clients effectively.
8. Excellent verbal communication skills.
9. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
10. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
12. Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
13. Knowledge of MS Word.
14. Knowledge of industrial automation and embedded systems is a plus.
15. Bachelor's degree
