3. Maintain a database of all calls made and update the CRM system with relevant information.
4. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the enrollment process.
5. Assist in organizing and participating in tele-counseling sessions and webinars for potential students.
6. Collect feedback from students regarding their experience and provide insights for improvement.
7. Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and student enrollment.
