Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through cold calling and following up on inquiries.
2. Client Interaction: Engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing information about properties.
3. Database Management: Maintaining and updating the client database, ensuring accurate records of interactions and leads.
4. Appointment Setting: Scheduling property viewings or meetings for real estate agents with potential buyers or renters.
5. Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide relevant information to clients.
6. Follow-Up: Regularly following up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
7. Feedback Collection: Gathering client feedback to improve services and identify areas for growth.
8. Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks related to client management and transactions.
9. Compliance: Ensuring that all communications and transactions comply with real estate regulations and company policies.
10. Reporting: Providing regular reports on call metrics, lead status, and market insights to management.
