We're looking for a seasoned blue-collar sourcing professional with demonstrated expertise in hiring at scale.

This is a full-time in-office role as a Telecaller located in Mumbai at Snabbit. You will be responsible for sourcing blue collar workers over the phone from various databases provided to you, informing them about the job requirements and handling objections, registering them on our platform, sending them to training, and ensuring they do not drop out of the training process. Daily tasks include calling experts, explaining the role to them, convincing them to onboard onto our platform, and maintaining a tracker reporting daily activities and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be part of a team of high agency and high integrity telecallers that find partners to work with Snabbit.
2. Learn to identify red flags, target people effectively and convert them, while minimizing drop-outs or training rejects from each batch.
3. Explore, develop & maintain effective relationships with onboarded experts to manage referrals and to help scale sourcing.
4. Undertake analysis of quality of leads from job portals and identify the databases with the highest effective conversion rates.
