About the job

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The telesales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and close sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. Outbound/Inbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products or services. Handle inbound inquiries from customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

2. Sales Generation:
Identify customer needs and pitch products/services tailored to their interests.Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within the specified timeframe.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Follow up with leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business.

3. Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotions. Address customer questions and concerns with detailed, accurate information.

4. Data Management:
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, sales, and prospects in the CRM system, customer needs, and competitor activities.

5. Problem-Solving:
Resolve customer complaints or issues by coordinating with internal teams as needed. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or managers for resolution.

6. Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and sales guidelines. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications and skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related roles preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport over the phone.
Sales Acumen: Persuasive, confident, and resilient with a proven ability to close sales.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, telecommunication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Interpersonal Skills: Active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
