Key responsibilities:

1. Cold calling potential clients and pitching our services
2. Following up with leads and nurturing relationships
3. Achieving sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis
4. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in MS-Excel
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries
6. Collaborating with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts
7. Continuously improving sales techniques and product knowledge to drive results
