6. Conduct cold calls personally.
7. Convert leads into prospective walk-in visits.
8. Train call center and in-house teams.
9. Familiarity with 4QT, Salesforce, and other lead management systems.
10. Knowledge of handling IVR systems and tagging.
11. Strong communication skills to understand client requirements and offer appropriate real estate products.
12. Meet targets and ensure qualitative footfalls at the site.
13. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products offered.
