Actively generate leads and appointments for the sales team by making outbound calls to potential clients. The telecaller will be responsible for qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and scheduling appointments with the sales team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Connecting with prospect international clients or customers via cold calls.
2. Pitching the stall designing and fabrication services to the prospect clients.
3. Regularly updating and the lists and brief databases of individual client leads, contact details and status of the leads.
4. Regularly follow up with clients for conversions
5. Meet leads target set by the organization.
6. Stay updated with market trends in the exhibitions and events industry to better serve customers.
7. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
9. Keep record of every customer interaction.
