5. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and appointments scheduled in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handover of leads.
7. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting to contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
