Telecaller Job

We are looking for a dynamic and talented telecaller with expertise in MS-Excel to join our team at Shopkooky company. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your proficiency in MS-Excel will be crucial in maintaining and updating customer databases accurately.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Provide information about products and services to prospective customers.
3. Schedule appointments for the sales team.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases using MS-Excel.
5. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand professionally.
