Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers
2. Generating leads and qualifying potential clients
3. Conducting surveys or gathering information over the phone
4. Explaining products or services to potential customers
5. Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries
6. Following up on leads and maintaining a call log
7. Updating customer databases with call outcomes
8. Achieving daily or weekly call targets
9. Handling customer complaints or directing them to the appropriate department
10. Recording and maintaining accurate call details and information
