1. Connect with patients/families with hearing implants to invite them to an upcoming event.
2. Communicate effectively in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, and English.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
4. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of calls and responses.
