Telecaller Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. To remain as a basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback & requests related to insurance policies, renewal of policies.
2. Explain features of various policies.
3. Analyze the current insurance policy of the customer and suggest additions or changes.
4. Help policy holders to settle claims and maintain their records.
5. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries received, enabling satisfaction of the customer.
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and
7. interactive communication.
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Skill Set and JD of Process:

1. Advisors must be a Graduate.
2. Must have Good communication skills with Fluent English.
3. Advisor should have a typing speed of 30 WPM +.
4. Have BPO Experience of minimum 6 months.
5. Must be convenient with an 8 to 8 shift window with 9 hours staffing.
6. Should not be seeking any long leaves for any reason.
