We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven TeleCaller to join our team. As a TeleCaller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products and services. Your ultimate goal will be to generate sales leads, build strong customer
relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Making daily outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products and services
2. Identifying and understanding customer needs and requirements
3. Building strong customer relationships and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
4. Achieving sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis
5. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product details, pricing, and availability
6. Updating customer information in the CRM system
7. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a TeleCaller or similar role
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Strong persuasive skills and the ability to overcome objections
4. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
6. Organizational and time management skills
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
