Role Overview:
As an Associate Tele Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our real estate offerings and guiding them toward their dream property. Your goal is to drive sales by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement: Contact potential customers through outbound calls to present and promote our real estate projects.
2. Lead Generation: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
3. Sales Pitch: Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details to prospective clients.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update a database of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
6. Market Knowledge: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
7. Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property site visits and finalize deals.
Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience: 1-2 years of telesales experience in real estate or a related field.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Hindi.
4. Customer-focused: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
5. Sales Acumen: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
6. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
7. Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends or during client-preferred hours if necessary.
