Telecaller Job

As a Telecaller at our Inland India company, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote our products and services. Your role will require excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as proficiency in MS-Excel to maintain accurate records of all calls and responses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
2. Providing information about our products and services to interested customers.
3. Following up with leads through calls and emails to convert them into sales.
4. Maintaining a database of customer information and interactions in MS-Excel.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
6. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
7. Meeting daily and monthly targets set by the management to drive sales growth.
