Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
2. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
3. Provide clear and effective communication to clients about products/services
4. Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to clients
5. Address client issues promptly and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
6. Assist in identifying client needs to promote relevant products/services
7. Contribute to achieving sales targets by providing excellent client service
8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
9. Update client information in the CRM system regularly
10. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
11. Share client feedback to improve processes and offerings
