Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
2. Oversee CRM to maintain updated customer records and interactions.
3. Order details and E-mail management
4. Manage incoming customer calls and ensure all queries are addressed.
5. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
7. Provide accurate quotations and handle invoicing requests.
8. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on abandoned cart leads.
