We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven telecaller to join our Real Estate team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving sales growth through outbound calls to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our real estate services and building relationships
2. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team
3. Present property information, answer questions, and address concerns
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
6. Stay up-to-date on market trends, property listings, and industry developments
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service
2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Proficiency in CRM software (training provided)
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
