Telecaller Job

As a telecaller at S.D Enterprises, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base in both Hindi and Marathi languages. Your proficiency in both languages will allow you to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing assistance.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication in Hindi and Marathi.
4. Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions in the database.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
6. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and market trends to better assist customers and promote our offerings.
