About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and services
2. Answer incoming calls and provide information on our offerings, rates, and policies
3. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
6. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for each caller
7. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to accurately address customer inquiries
