The client company is into Reality Estate - Office Spaces.
Location: Baner, Pune

Key responsibilities:

1. Database Management
- Call existing landowners, office owners, and developers from the agency's database to source property information.
- Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property details in the database.
- Regularly verify and cross-check information to ensure its validity and reliability.

2. Proposal Preparation and Communication
- Match client requirements with available properties in the database.
- Prepare and share property proposals via email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
- Follow up with clients regularly to address queries, provide updates, and nurture leads.

3. Coordination with the Team
- Communicate client requirements and feedback to the sales or management team for further action.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and effective client servicing

4. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain call logs and detailed records of all interactions with property owners and leads.
- Provide daily or weekly reports on calls made, leads handled, and outcomes achieved.

5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and potential clients for repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
