Key Responsibilities:

1. Client outreach: Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and explain our stock market services and products.
2. Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring they meet the company's criteria for investment.
3. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
4. Product knowledge: Stay updated on the latest market trends, company products, and services to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
5. Sales support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, providing client feedback, and contributing to sales strategies.
6. Record keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Customer service: Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

3. Knowledge: Basic understanding of the stock market and financial products.

4. Skills:

d. Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools.

e. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
