Key responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential clients via phone and generate leads.
2. Building relationships with clients and understanding their real estate needs.
3. Negotiating deals with clients to facilitate property transactions.
4. Resolving any issues or concerns that clients may have in a timely and effective manner.
5. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions using MS-Excel and CRM software.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth client handoffs and follow-ups.
7. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
