We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction industry. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through software, database, and cold calling.
2. Identify and qualify potential clients and make calls to them to understand their requirements.
3. Set appointments for in-depth discussions with the Sales team.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients who have shown interest.
5. Understand client requirements and provide tailored property or project solutions.
6. Present and demonstrate properties or construction services to prospective buyers.
7. Prepare and deliver a sales pitch.
8. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate leads.
9. Work closely with project teams to understand timelines and deliverables.
10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates on software.
11. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
