Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential buyers and investors for upcoming real estate projects through various channels such as cold calling, Digital Marketing, events, and networking. Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, present property options, provide detailed project information, and address customer queries regarding project specifications, pricing, and timelines. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to effectively present our projects and position them as the best choice. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication throughout the presales phase. Project Coordination: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure all information provided to potential buyers is accurate and up-to-date. Reporting: Track and report on the progress of leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to management. Event Management: Assist in organizing pre-sales events, property exhibitions, and site visits to showcase upcoming projects to potential clients. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in closing deals once the pre-sales phase transitions into active sales.
