Job Overview
We are seeking experienced female Telecallers to join our dynamic team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position, ideal for candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in telecalling or customer interaction roles. You will be an integral part of our team, engaging with clients and supporting their needs.

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effectively conveying information and interacting with clients over the phone.
Customer service orientation (Mandatory skill) to understand and fulfill customer needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
Ability to handle rejection (Mandatory skill) with resilience, maintaining a positive demeanor and persistence in challenging situations.
Persuasion skills to influence and convince potential clients, enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
Active listening to fully assimilate client information, ensuring personalized service responses.
Problem-solving abilities to provide solutions and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
Patience to accommodate client queries and concerns, ensuring a calm and professional interaction.
Empathy to connect with clients on a human level, fostering trust and rapport.

Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing clients over the phone to provide exceptional service and information.
Identify customer needs and pitch relevant services effectively, increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints or inquiries and escalate issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and meet company goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure continued satisfaction with the services provided.
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance service capabilities and knowledge.
