Key responsibilities:
1. Working on outbound calling on customer data
2. Collecting and maintaining basic customer information and database
3. Working on call tracking and customer follow-ups
4. Explaining product features & services
5. Taking potential leads to closures
Who can apply:
1. Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken)
2. Knowledge of MS Excel
