We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products and services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outgoing customer calls to promote and sell our service.
2. Create, maintain, and update a database of customers with complete information and emails.
3. Consolidate the existing customer base while building a new customer base.
4. Record outbound call history and customer response in detail.
5. Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
6. Handle customer needs and requirements.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
