Telemarketing Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending all inbound & outbound calls, giving right information on calls & convert them into walk-ins (consultations).
2. Coordinate with Doctor for follow-up of non-booked consultations & convert them into booking.
3. Calling existing and potential customers, giving information about company services according to their requirements & convert them. Also, follow-up with them to purchase services.
4. Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales.
5. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
6. Communicate the pricing and close the deal.
7. Successfully create business from new and existing clients.
8. To work based on strict target guidelines.
9. To build and achieve sales pipeline for a month.
10. Calling the clients for follow ups & feedbacks.
11. Continually meeting individual sales target with respect to call volume and sales & to achieve the targeted sales of the month.
12. Regular monitoring and follow-up of all leads and tracking all conversions.
13. To maintain and update all sales related paperwork and documentation -records of your booked and non-booked clients on periodic basis.
14. No cold calling.
15. Give feedback & analysis regarding marketing strategy.
