Telemarketing/Telesales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our mattresses and other sleep-related products.
2. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
3. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products accordingly
4. Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and call volume goals.
6. Handle customer queries, provide product information, and resolve concerns professionally.
7. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
8. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates.
9. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
