Key responsibilities:

1. Answer and process outgoing and incoming calls, understand and collect customer feedback, recommend relevant solutions based on customer needs, and promote business opportunities.
2. Record and answer customer online questions.
3. Deliver the latest company information in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Collect customer and related information and provide feedback on time.
5. Collect and organize customer information and track customer information in a timely and effective manner.
