About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products
2. Explain product benefits and usage to customers
3. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
4. Follow up with interested leads and maintain strong customer relationships
5. Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in CRM
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
2. Fluency in English and Hindi
3. Basic computer knowledge with experience in working on CRM
4. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
5. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
