We are looking for a telesales associate (Tamil/Telugu) to join our team. As a telesales associate (Tamil/Telugu), you will be a key part of our business operations, responsible for communicating with customers in Tamil and Telugu in order to provide them with the best service and ensure satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Interacting with customers in Tamil and Telugu
2. Communicating product information and promotional offers to customers
3. Generating new leads and sales opportunities
4. Building and maintaining customer relationships
5. Identifying customer needs and making product recommendations accordingly
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
2. Candidate should have proficiency in Tamil and Telugu
